Excellent, very clean, and professional staff.
This hotel is up to date. The price is excellent!!! There are no channels in English but, you have access to YouTube and Netflix on the large flat screen.!!! Very clean hotel and professional staff.
I enjoyed everything about the hotel itself but the surrounding area restaurants closed at 10pm. The Oxxo across the street closed early also.

Clean and comfortable beds
The address given to booking.com is not correct, and there is no Google listing. It is incredibly hard to find and we wasted a very long time trying to find them. The Ubers also had a hard time finding them. Water pressure is low. Front staff is strict and forgetful.

It was a little hard to find because its brand new. The cab driver never heard of it.

Staff was amazing I will give a recommendation to Management.
Staff was amazing I will give a recommendation to Management. The downstairs lobby is very loud found it very difficult to get rest due to Employees converse and phone calls coming in. I would recommend lowering your phone at the front desk and having the staff keep it quiet for a more comfortable staying. I will state the staff was very helpful and very friendly just that they were a little bit loud in our room was on the lower floor by the lobby. Beautiful hotel.
